The hotel exceeded all my expectations! The room was absolutely excellent—spacious, spotless, and equipped with all the modern amenities I could ask for. The attention to detail in the room's design and cleanliness truly made it feel like a home away from home. The location couldn’t have been better. It was perfectly situated, with easy access to key attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Whether I wanted to explore the city or just relax nearby, everything was conveniently close. 12 min walk to the Christmas market in the Central Train Station and about 10 min tram ride to the Main Christmas Market As for value, this place was incredible! The combination of outstanding service, exceptional room quality, and prime location made it a phenomenal deal. I felt like I got much more than I paid for. Overall, my stay was amazing—I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience.

The cleanliness of the room and the bathroom was excellent throughout our whole stay at the hotel; getting more toiletries was never a problem. Every morning there was a vast selection of foods at the breakfast buffet. On the day of our check-out we were a couple of minutes too early and the staff allowed us to start our breakfast early, for which we are really thankful. The hotel also offers free gym/fitness entrance; the equipment is fully functioning and the whole area is clean and in order. The hotel is easily accessable by foot (20-minute walking distance from the central train station) or by the tram train (the nearest tram station is 2-minutes away, by foot). We would like to thank the receptionist Ilaria, for her kindness and professionality.

This was an overnight stay to attend a concert, very close by, at Bogen F. Such a cool location with the viaduct, the Markethalle and many bars and restaurants, yet it was quiet. Our room was spacious, the bathroom had lots of room. Our bed was too soft but that’s our personal opinion. Tea/coffee facilities, iron & board, hairdryer, well laid out room. Staff at the reception desk were super friendly, especially Dominic in the evening. Parking was accessed at the back of the hotel and was underneath, 25chf for the stay. The late check-out, 12 noon, was appreciated after a late night on the town.

The hotel is equipped with elevators, which are rather quick and silent. The room numbers are on the bottom of the doors, which took me a while to discover. The room was well-equipped, and I loved the delayed turning off of the lights after the removal of the keycard from the wall slot. Also has plenty of outlets, and even has international plug sockets at the table.

For short stays, I’m always looking for the best deals with good quality, and that’s exactly what Züri provides. The hotel isn’t fancy, but the accommodations were good, clean, and organized. The staff is kind, and the 12 pm check-out is great. They even allowed us an early check-in! Highly recommended!
